Heidi Dillard

Heidi Dillard is a human resources executive with decades of experience across various industries – technology, education, satellite telecommunications, digital media, pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing, management consulting, and not-for-profit organizations. She is known for her energy, passion, and collaboration, with a proven track record of leadership, transformation, engagement, and execution.  Prior to joining Federated Wireless, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Phlow, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company working to improve the United States’ essential medicine capacity and medical countermeasures.  Heidi also served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at OneWeb, a high-growth satellite-telecommunications startup with over $4.0B in funding. At OneWeb, she helped build, shape, and grow the company and expanding their U.S. and global footprint.  OneWeb’s talent strategy included global growth in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Middle East, South America, India, Russia, and China. Heidi  also worked as the Head of Operations and Human Resources for The Common Application, an educational technology company and the world’s leading provider of undergraduate admission applications for more than 900 member colleges and universities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, as well as in Canada, China, Japan, and several European countries.  She has deep expertise in both operations and human capital roles based on her career.

Heidi is passionate about people, process, and potential.  She is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, has certification from Columbia University’s Executive and Leadership Coaching Program, certifications from Cornell University, is actively pursuing her Masters in HR from Cornell University, and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification & SHRM-SCP.
