The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) conditionally granted an emergency request from Federated Wireless to waive sections of the rules governing the Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) to help with relief from Hurricane Fiona in Puerto Rico.
